MONIES DUE BY MAY 31st 
Team Moms can turn the money on Wednesday May 31st 
at the VFW Hall from 8:00pm to 9:00pm
Receive a $25.00 GIFT CARD when you turn in all of your 
teams hit-a-thon forms and money.

How it Works:

  • Players will attempt to hit 15 balls.

  • Players will obtain pledges either in a lump sum amount or pledges per hit.
    (for example:  if a sponsor pledges $1.00 for each hit and the player hits 10 out of 15 balls then the amount of money to be collected from the sponsor is $10.00)

  • Exciting individual prizes will be available for those who raise higher levels of money.

  • Players will have the chance to compete for one Grand Prize per division (bantam, peewee, minors, and majors).

  • $30.00 Buy out for those players that do not wish to participate.
    (each additional sibling add $20.00)


    Bantam - Hit from a tee
    Pee Wee - Minor managers and coaches will pitch baseballs.

1 Team with the total most money raised 
will receive a Pizza Party at Wright's Barnyard.

1 Team that has the most players turning 
in their money on MAY 31st (7:30pm) will 
win a Pizza Party at Wright's Barnyard for 
all of the players on the team.
If more than one team has the same amount 
of players turning in their money a drawing 
will be held to determine the winner.


RULES

  • Each player will be given 15 pitches to hit. Bantams will have coach and will use a use a batting tee. Total number 
    of hits be recorded on each pledge form by a Lansing Little League Official. If you fill multiple pledge forms bring them all to your hitting session to be signed off on by a League Official.
  • The white copy of each pledge form will be given to the player after his or her hits are recorded and signed off on by the league official. The yellow copy of each form will be retained by Lansing Little League.
  • Only the pledges on the sheet(s) when the batter hits shall be counted towards grand prizes.
  • Fund Raising Director or designated League official will compare the pledges on the yellow copy of each sheet with white copy of each sheet after the player turns in the money raised. Once again, only the pledges on the sheet when the batter hits shall be counted towards grand prizes.
